I've read this poem a few times over, and am still absorbing and processing it, as there is much depth to your words. I absolutely appreciate how you convey how love and loss become dance and music partners of a sort. Even after a loved one is gone, you don't "get over" them, but rather "dance" around or within the deep imprint they have left, or sing the melodies they have left in your heart--sometimes as mourning, other times as celebration, and hopefully as longing and acknowledgement either way. (That's how I'm interpreting it so far, at least.)
