Setting aside the muddled and rambling quality of your text, I don't know if this post actually runs afoul of the Medium rules or not, but I've reported it anyway, as I believe it may violate the photo suject's privacy in a way that is designed to make her somehow look pathetic or mock her simply for showing up for her first day of work.
